I was once in your shoes: questioning everything I had been taught.
I checked off my list and checked it twice. I achieved it all.
But then life threw me a curveball: my eldest son was born developmentally delayed and autistic.
All of my unresolved shame and trauma from childhood came back to haunt me.
Over the next 4 years I became Super Mom, but my marriage suffered. When I was pregnant with my second son, my husband moved out and I filed for divorce shortly after I gave birth.
I asked myself two important questions: “How did I get here? How do I keep this from happening again?"
I was willing to do whatever I had to in order to reclaim my self-worth. I signed up for alternative healing courses, went to therapy, and put in the work to heal my inner pain. I reconnected with my self-worth – my birthright.
And today I’m happier than ever.
